Refunds are only available if we are unable to fulfill your order. If a trade offer cannot be sent or is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

We collect your Steam profile information for authentication and delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

7. Prohibited Activities
